Michael is an experienced lawyer, litigator and mediator, with deep roots in family law for over 25 years to his focus in law school (coursework, clinical training and internships). Since that time, Maryland family law occupied a core part of his practice at Luchansky Law (2006–2014), and while at Law Office of Michael Golburgh full-time (2014–2019). Since becoming General Counsel of a Maryland corporation in 2019, Michael continues to take family law cases that fit certain criteria and present compelling issues. This allows him to maintain a boutique practice based on personal attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
Michael has litigated cases throughout the State of Maryland, including in Montgomery County, Anne Arundel County, Baltimore City and Baltimore County, Frederick County, and Howard County.
